This really is good stuff. I am using lots of her workouts myself and have used the prenatal ones, as well, 4 years ago when I was expecting my first born : -). Sadly I could use them only in a limited way with my second one as there have been some problems and I ended up having to rest mostly. Well, such is life.
One of her most recent products is Pretty Fierce (60-day program, ultimate combination of strength and cardio includes incl. muscle splits, tabata training, cardio plyometrics and lots more). I got this one, too, but so far was not able to use it – too advanced for pudgy myself.
I still stick to the post natal bootcamp series and feel great when I find time to fit it in lol.
You can download the free ap here. She also has a great Facebook page, where you can ask any questions you want and she or other ladies answer or try to help. The community is cool. When there is a lively community around an exercise program, it means it works and the people are happy with it. Apparently this is the case.
She has lots more DVDs shot with her team and another really nice thing is that when she shoots her workout videos, she invites regular moms, like you and me, to be part of the team. They exercise with her and are in the videos so you get the basic, intermediate and advanced exercisers there. I loooove that!
