Yesterday I was going through my mail and stumbled across this one. I liked it and since I have been doing videos for some time and hate the description writing process, I was thinking I could use a bit of automation :-). Hence the first part of my review of Descript-O-Matic by Cliff Carrigan and Clive McGonigal.
I have not heard of the authors before but hope the tool will not disappoint and will become one of my favourites like Tuberank Jeet by Cyril Gupta. That one is a life and time savior!
Lastly, as always, although I am including my affiliate link to the product, I am NOT yet endorsing it. That will remain to be seen because I review and implement at the same time.
Before I bought I was not lazy (sometimes I am lol) and checked out the sales funnel. There are 2 upsells, which is not bad at all as recently I saw a product with 6 upsells and I HATE those. I got the complete funnel because I figured I may need it. I will, of course, describe the OTOs later on.
The sales pages says that the “Descript-O-Matic” software: “…enables you to quickly create a video description that combines all these elements:
* Your Search Term related Title and Call To Action
* Adds search term related content snippets and links to authority sites such as Wikipedia
* Creates bullet point of related search terms
* Plus clickable #hashtags
* Automatically adds your ‘money’ link throughout the Description
* Prompts you to input your own text, social media links and more
In short it creates a perfectly formatted video description…”, which is what I hope to show you after I implement aka use the software.
The site loaded very fast – with only one short walkthrough video and lots of to the point no fluff info. There were no proofs of sales and thanks be to you for that! A refreshing change :-). All professional looking in bullet points summarizing the main features and whatnot that the software can do for you. Nicely colourful, too. Oh and at the end there is a section on bonuses that you get when you buy – see the pic on the left.
The front end software cost me $22.29 (started as a dime sale). The first upsell cost me $9.95 and the second one $19.95. Prices, obviously, may be different now though.
The first upsell is the PRO version of Descript-O-Matic. It will let you insert clickable timer links inside your descriptions. This is especially useful if your videos are longer than 3 minutes. I sometimes make those so I bought.
The second upsell is the ELITE version of Descript-O-Matic. If you need to create multiple video descriptions, playlists and video silos – it should help you out with “1 click” – in their words. I got this one because I thought for the price it was a steal.
The order process was pretty straight forward, too. I clicked the CTA, got forwarded to Warrior+ and since I already have an account with them and was logged in, I paid by PayPal right away. Then, the usual forwarding to the upsells. Done. Thanks 🙂
Now my fingers have been itching since yesterday because I have already downloaded the installer but had no time to actually install and try it out. Grrrr. But children come first – they do need to eat and do their usual stuff, right lol? My youngest is right at this moment crawling around me as I am typing away so I have to publish this post and finish of the review later tonight. You can be looking forward to me describing the installation process and hopefully I will also get to try it out – have like 10 videos ready for upload yahoo :-). See ya all later!
